Our Project

The first Hispania restaurant opened in the City of London in 2013, aiming at offering to our clients the best experience of Spanish lifestyle, gastronomy, and culture in London. Such was the success that we decided to expand the project and launch in other European countries.

Located in the heart of Brussels, at Grand Sablon Square, in the famous antiques and chocolatiers’ quarter, Hispania Brussels promises to be the reference for Spanish gastronomy in Belgium and Benelux.

With two spaces devoted to Spanish gastronomy, Hispania’s offering includes a brasserie, Hispania Brasserie, with a bistro menu including tapas and our signature dishes, and a gourmet restaurant, El Impasse del Sablon, which showcases the best of Spanish cuisine.

Both Hispania Brasserie and El Impasse del Sablon, have street access as well as through Hotel NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon, which belongs to the prestigious Spanish hotel chain NH.

The combination of Lorenzo Castillo’s delicate decoration and the cuisine of Marcos Moran, our Michelin star chef offer a unique Spanish experience in Brussels.
